Data Security Policy

Our data privacy and protection policy lays down action plan for our commitment to protecting all our client's data and information. It also describes how we implement the same w.r.t collection and usage of such data.

We remain committed to the following :

• That below points will drive and direct our data privacy and security norms.
• Making sure that the data is collected and used ethically and lawfully.
• Data may be used or processed to meet our contractual obligations only.
• Providing security measures like data trash, ethical retrieval system and automated deletion of data in our storage systems.
• Upgrading the data protection and privacy policy on a continuous basis.

Noteworthy points regarding data protection

Client data shall be processed fairly and lawfully and only for contractual requirements. Client shall be made aware in advance on how the data can or shall be used and also with the data trashing process we will follow.

Usage for samples, acquiring other commercial or non-commercial usage of client data is not allowed.

Client data (cleaned up or raw) shall not be kept for longer than it is necessary to complete the project as per original specifications. Any unprecedented event calling for usage of data for more than 90 days will be informed to client in advance. Also, all Client data will be deleted automatically by our internal data security system 180 days after the client's project has been completed.

Appropriate technical measures shall be promptly taken against the unauthorized processing of Client data, and against the accidental loss, destruction, or damage to client data. To this end, Client data will be stored on our servers and protected with 256-bit encryption. Each file will be protected with a unique password, which will be held only by the Project Manager and analysts assigned to the project.

Loss of client data

Thesis Help Center will comply to above regulations, however, will not be liable for loss of data or unauthorised usage of data by breach of security measures deployed by the company. Also, Thesis Help Center will not be liable for any indirect loss or implications arising out of the data loss.
